A global company specializing in the design, development, and manufacturing of mechatronic components for various industries, including automotive, appliances, and HVAC, is seeking a Plant Controller.
Job Objective
Support the financial and operational management of the plant, ensuring rigorous control of costs and processes, with a focus on strategic analysis and optimization of industrial performance to guarantee profitability and the achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Cost Control and Allocation
- Oversee the industrial accounting system, including standard costing and actual costing.
- Monitor and optimize fixed, variable, and indirect production costs.
- Analyze profitability by product, production line, or project.
- Budget Management and Forecasting
- Coordinate the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasts for the plant.
- Identify and analyze deviations from the budget, proposing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the production and maintenance teams to evaluate Capex (capital expenditures).
- Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on P&L (profit and loss statement), OEE (overall equipment effectiveness), production efficiency, waste, and operating margins.
- Support plant management with detailed KPI analyses and improvement suggestions.
- Ensure compliance with internal control regulations.
- Operational Process Optimization
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to optimize the efficiency of industrial processes.
