We are looking for a strategic senior leader to oversee high-impact initiatives in contract manufacturing, technology transfer, and plant strategic projects. This role offers direct exposure to executive leadership and drives alignment across Operations, Quality, R&D, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Business Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the strategy for tech transfer projects, dossier upgrades, and contract manufacturing operations.
  • Lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives including product launches, process optimization and tech transfer activities.
  • Chair cross-functional governance committees across R&D, Technical Assistance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Finance, and Manufacturing.
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable regulatory standards and documentation requirements.
  • Manage the enterprise risk register for strategic projects, providing proactive mitigation plans to executive leadership.
  • Build, develop, and lead high-performing teams (direct and matrix).
  • Prepare high-level executive presentations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with third-party manufacturers, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices, methodologies, and digital PM tools.

Requisitos

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
  • Preferred: MBA or similar graduate degree.
  • 12+ years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing industry.
  • 6+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and complex technical projects.
